The Art of Living



Move slowly. Banish guilt.

Walk your path.

Music, as much as therapy.

Nature, and nurture yourself, too.

Write. Love letters to your

Deceased and to yourself.

Quiet: seek it like a bee seeks nectar.

Distract yourself, if you must.

Then dive in. Stay conscious,

Even when you get a little drunk.

Drop the cry of Why?! in the river of mystery.

Engage in the art of living, remembering

Grief is a part of it.
